Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Futureley provides technology services to businesses, including website design and development, managed website services, web hosting, domain registration and management, software/SaaS-related services, subscriptions, one-time purchases, billing/invoicing, and related managed technology services. Parts of these services are delivered using third-party infrastructure, payment processors, domain registrars, email providers, hosting providers, and other service providers.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Account and profile information such as name, email address, password, organization/business name, and membership details.
• Billing and payment-related information such as billing contact details, invoice history, and payment status. When you pay with a card processor such as Stripe, card details are typically entered directly with that processor; Futureley does not intend to store complete credit-card numbers on Futureley servers.
• Transaction and order information such as cart contents, domain orders, hosting/plan selections, website packages, quotes, invoices, and fulfillment status.
• Domain and hosting information such as domain names you search or manage, DNS-related requests, hosting plan details, and project/service records tied to your organization.
• Communications and support including messages sent through contact forms, support tickets in the customer portal, and emails you send to Futureley.
• Content you submit for websites or projects (for example copy, logos, or credentials you choose to share for delivery of a service).

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage and technical data such as pages viewed, approximate timestamps, browser/device information, IP address, referrer, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the platform.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for session authentication, CSRF protection, remembering preferences where applicable, and basic site operation. Session cookies are required for signed-in portal and checkout flows.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts, organizations, and customer portal access;
• provide domains, hosting, websites, managed services, and related technology services;
• process orders, invoices, subscriptions, and payments (including through payment processors);
• communicate about your account, orders, security, and support requests;
• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Futureley systems;
• detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;
• send service-related notices; marketing communications only where permitted and where you have not opted out of optional marketing.

4. Payment processing

Futureley may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe to process card payments. Those processors may collect and process payment credentials according to their own privacy policies and security programs. Futureley receives payment confirmation, limited billing metadata, and status needed to update invoices and orders. Futureley does not claim to store full card primary account numbers on its application servers when payments are handled by Stripe Checkout or similar processor-hosted flows.

5. Service providers and processors

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Futureley, for example:

• Payment processors (such as Stripe) for checkout and invoicing;
• Domain registrars / reseller platforms (such as ResellerClub where configured) for domain availability, registration, renewal, and DNS-related fulfillment;
• Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run customer sites or Futureley application infrastructure;
• Email and transactional messaging providers for account and support email;
• Security, logging, and operational tooling used to keep services available and secure.

Providers process information under their agreements with Futureley and applicable law. Futureley does not sell your personal information as a consumer data broker.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Futureley platform, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) on public sites, access controls for production systems, hashed passwords, and separation of production and staging environments where configured. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password and contact support@futureley.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Data retention

We retain account, billing, order, domain, hosting, and support records for as long as needed to provide services, meet accounting/tax/legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request deletion, we will evaluate what can be deleted or anonymized versus what must be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons (for example completed invoices or registrar records).

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

• access or correct certain account information in the customer portal or by contacting us;
• request a copy of personal information we hold about you;
• request deletion or restriction, subject to legal and contractual limits;
• object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
• manage cookies via your browser settings (disabling required cookies may break sign-in or checkout).

9. Children's privacy

Futureley services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided information, contact us to request deletion.

10. International processing

Futureley and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection rules than your home country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published on this page. Continued use of Futureley after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy for ongoing services, except where additional consent is required by law.
